Experteer Overview
In this role you support the commercial growth of Tieto Caretech’s healthcare portfolio by applying deep product, clinical workflow and technical expertise throughout the sales cycle and during deployment. You bridge customer needs, product capabilities and delivery teams to help healthcare providers realize value from our solutions. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Delivery and Customer Success to enable adoption across Iberian health systems. This is a pivotal role for expanding in public health services, university hospitals and large hospital groups, driving digital transformation.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Act as the subject matter expert for healthcare solutions during the sales process
• Translate customer challenges and clinical workflows into effective solution proposals
• Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and solution demonstrations
• Support RFP/RFI responses and technical proposals
• Articulate value propositions to clinical and technical stakeholders with Sales teams
• Present solutions to IT leaders, clinicians and operational decision makers
• Lead functional analysis and implementation planning for customer projects
• Support configuration, deployment and adoption of healthcare applications




• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations
• Participate in customer onboarding and training activities
• Provide feedback to Product Management and contribute to go-to-market and use case development
• Stay current on healthcare digitalization trends, interoperability standards and regulatory requirements
• Support development of strategic partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management or related field
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, health informatics, presales consulting, solution consulting or implementation roles
• Proven experience with healthcare providers such as hospitals or regional health organizations
• Strong understanding of EHR, clinical systems and digital healthcare workflows
• Experience in complex software implementation projects
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, SNOMED CT, DICOM or similar interoperability standards (highly valued)
• Understanding of SaaS, cloud-based healthcare platforms and system integrations
• Fluency in Spanish and English
