Experteer Overview As an SAP Integrations Engineer, you’ll design and deliver SAP-focused integration solutions linking SAP with external HR platforms. You’ll work within the SAP Integrations team to translate customer needs into scalable, reliable interfaces and data transformations. You’ll support Workday, SuccessFactors, and SAP HCM/ECP scenarios, contributing to continuous improvement and automation. This role offers hands-on ABAP development, middleware configuration, and a chance to shape global HR data integration at SD Worx.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Design, develop, and support SAP integration solutions between SAP systems and external HR platforms
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Build and maintain ABAP-based integration components and data transformation logic
- Configure and troubleshoot web services, APIs, and middleware connections
- Support Workday, SuccessFactors, and SAP HCM/ECP integration scenarios
- Participate in customer workshops, testing activities, go-live support, and hypercare
- Contribute to continuous improvement, automation initiatives, and innovation within the SAP Integrations teamResponsabilidades
- 5-7 years of SAP integration experience
- Functional understanding of SAP HCM/ECP, SAP SuccessFactors EC, Workday,



HRIS concepts, and HR data replication processes
- Experience with employee data replication and payroll-related integrations
- Strong hands-on ABAP OO development including interface development, data transformations, API consumption, and integration frameworks
- Experience designing, building and supporting employee data, organizational management, and payroll-related integrations between SAP and third-party systems
- Strong hands-on experience with PECI, Workday Connectors, and other HR integration technologies
- Experience configuring, consuming, and troubleshooting SOAP and REST services, APIs, authentication methods and SAP communication frameworks
- Understanding of middleware and integration platforms such as SAP Integration Suite or equivalent
- Certifications: SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, ABAP, or Workday-related certifications are highly recommended
