Experteer Overview In this role you drive the regional transformation of underwriting, claims, medical and biometric capabilities for EMEA. You will shape scalable, data-led, client-focused solutions and lead cross-functional collaboration with markets, technology, analytics and risk teams. You’ll push digitalisation and AI-enabled processes to improve experience, risk assessment and efficiency, while building a high-performing transformation function. - Develop and lead the EMEA transformation strategy for underwriting, claims, medical and biometric capabilities
- Lead digitalisation across EMEA to deliver scalable, better customer experience and operations; drive adoption across markets
- Leverage technology, analytics, data sources, predictive modelling and partnerships to identify opportunities and pioneer intraregional solutions
- Lead scalable biometric initiatives by collaborating with medical, underwriting, claims, actuaries and data scientists to translate insights into client solutions
- Drive end-to-end transformation across people, processes and systems; utilize AI to improve productivity and efficiency
- Partner with Strategic Execution, enterprise technology, vendors and stakeholders to deliver transformation objectives and accelerate innovation adoption
- Collaborate with regional leadership and SMEs to share best practices and execute the EMEA strategy




- Represent RGA externally on underwriting and claims innovation and support business development with insights and value-added solutions
- Build and lead a high-performing transformation and innovation function, fostering coaching, creativity and talent developmentResponsabilidades
- Relevant qualification in insurance, risk, underwriting, claims, technology, business transformation or related discipline
- Significant experience in life/health insurance, reinsurance, underwriting, claims or risk disciplines
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation, innovation or digital strategy programmes
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments across markets or jurisdictions
- Strong understanding of underwriting and/or claims processes and trends
- Experience leading AI, automation, data analytics or digital underwriting initiatives (preferred)
- Experience in global or regional matrix organizations (preferred)
