Overview

You will oversee warranty-related supplier performance to ensure alignment with customer requirements and contractual commitments. In a cross-functional setting, you’ll coordinate with procurement, projects, and contracts to reflect warranty needs in supplier agreements. You will negotiate with suppliers to mirror customer terms and drive cost transparency and accountability. This role offers impact across warranty costs, claims handling, and continuous improvement within a global rail leader.

Responsabilidades

- Analyze customer requirements for warranty activities and compare with tender costs and supplier quotes to propose mitigation plans
- Support Project Warranty Manager in analyzing warranty commitments from customers




- Prepare documentation reflecting warranty needs and coordinate with procurement to update supplier contracts or service agreements
- Participate in supplier negotiations to ensure alignment with customer requirements
- Support back-charging processes with appropriate warranty documentation
- Assist Project Supplier Quality Manager with supplier action plans
- Contribute to continuous improvement for costs traceability and supplier chargeback awareness
- Contribute to claims and negotiations with external suppliers regarding warranty activities

Requisitos principales

- 3-5 years of experience with contracts and suppliers
- Spanish native; English intermediate or advanced
- French appreciated
- Desirable knowledge or experience in the railway sector
- Willingness to move between Workshops and Centers
