Experteer Overview
As a Technical Account Manager, you will support implementation, onboarding, and ongoing success of client trading systems within our Customer Success team. You’ll work closely with engineers and product managers to resolve technical and functional needs for a integral client base, across fast-paced, high-tech trading environments. You’ll travel occasionally to engage with European colleagues and client sites, driving solutions that align with our mission to empower others. This role combines technical troubleshooting with stakeholder management to deliver valued outcomes.

• Set up market quotes, volatility surfaces, and algo-trading solutions
• Troubleshoot with users and escalate to Engineering for code changes
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with client IT staff
• Support sales with deliveries and onboarding of new clients
• Collaborate with exchanges on new functionality and market upgrades
• Visit client sites to understand usage and identify expansion opportunities
• Travel to other office locations as needed




• Serve as the liaison between end-users and Engineering, prioritizing issues and feature requests
• Collaborate with other departments to prepare Business Review presentations
• Identify process improvements through technology, AI, and automation

Responsabilidades
• Around 5 years in a client-facing role within financial services, preferably supporting trading platforms
• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication or Engineering (Economic or Financial Degree accepted)
• Familiarity with Linux System Administration, hands-on preferred
• Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages a plus)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to perform in a support role under stress
• Ability to work cross-functionally with colleagues across the organization
• Familiarity with Java and/or C++ programming or scripting languages (Perl, Bash, Python) as a plus
• Interest in network routing, diagnostics, and transport protocols (TCP/UDP, packet capture, latency)
