As a Product Designer in the Grow and Engage domain, you shape end-to-end experiences that bring value to millions of customers, from acquisition to premium memberships and daily engagement. You will work in a cross-functional team to design impactful features and flows, contributing to a design system and leveraging data and AI to inform decisions. This role offers opportunities to influence product direction, scale thoughtful interactions, and grow your craft in a fast-paced fintech environment. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, research, and data teams to land and extend shipped work.

Responsabilidades

- Design end-to-end features from problem framing to shipped work
- Develop craft in UI and interaction design to delight and convert
- Frame problems with clear user needs, success criteria,



constraints, and tradeoffs
- Create cohesive user flows across product areas
- Contribute to and improve the design system
- Plan and conduct research using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and data to ship and iterate
- Leverage AI tools throughout design, prototyping, and exploration

Requisitos principales

- Strong portfolio with end-to-end consumer product design experience (ideally mobile)
- Experience taking complex features from problem to ship
- Experience with design systems—using, contributing, and guiding on it
- Experience grounding decisions in research and data
