Experteer Overview As a Procurement Expert you will manage third-party suppliers to deliver performance, compliance, and cost efficiency. You will oversee onboarding, contract governance, spend control, risk mitigation, and serve as the main interface between internal stakeholders and vendors. You’ll build strategic supplier relationships to drive innovation and long-term collaboration. You will work cross-functionally to ensure smooth procurement operations and alignment with business needs. - Identify, qualify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers aligned with business and operational requirements
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with critical suppliers to ensure performance and collaboration
- Negotiate commercial contracts, operational clauses, and SLAs, especially where local procurement support is lacking
- Ensure contracts are documented,



up to date, and monitored for renewals
- Create, track, and approve PRs and POs; analyze supplier-related spend for savings opportunities
- Execute standardized supplier onboarding and offboarding in line with global policies
- Serve as primary contact between internal teams and suppliers to address requests and escalations
- Assess third-party risks and implement mitigation actions; ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Legal, and other teams to support supplier operations and renewalsResponsabilidades

- Proven experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, or Contract Management
