I'm currently working on a Digital Pricing Product Operations & Standards Lead opportunity supporting a general Digital Pricing team.ð1 Role Highlights* Define and improve product management standards, roadmap management and backlog governance.* Support Product Owners and cross-functional teams in adopting consistent product practices.* Drive governance routines, backlog prioritisation and roadmap planning aligned with Agile and SAFe.* Develop playbooks, templates, governance packs and onboarding materials.* Promote Agile-at-Scale practices and continuous improvement.* Track KPIs related to product maturity, backlog health and delivery predictability.ð1 Key Skills Required 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Agile Delivery or Digital Transformation.
