Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the digitalization efforts for the Innovate to Sell u0026amp; Order to Pay domains, aligning with group digitization goals. You will coach Product Owners, shape the domain product portfolio, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful digital solutions. You’ll define UX standards, manage data quality, and evaluate AI-enabled opportunities to boost business value. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership position at a family-owned general player focused on IoT and AI-enabled growth.

• Develop and implement the digitalization strategy for Innovate to Sell u0026 Order to Pay aligned with group and hub priorities
• Lead and develop Product Owners, establishing standards and ensuring consistent product management practices
• Ensure strategic alignment of digital products with business objectives and portfolio value
• Own the domain product portfolio lifecycle from ideation to sunset
• Create an integrated domain road map considering hub and group strategies
• Identify and evaluate new digital and AI opportunities within the value streams
• Oversee portfolio governance with KPIs,



usage, and impact in collaboration with P1
• Define and enforce UX standards across the domain

Responsabilidades
• University degree in business informatics, engineering, business administration, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in product management or as a senior Product Owner in software/digitalization, including leadership
• Solid understanding of commercial processes across Innovate to Sell u0026 Order to Pay (sales, configuration, order management, CRM/CPQ/ERP)
• Proven experience with agile product management, backlog prioritization, roadmapping, and scaling delivery
• Knowledge of digital platforms, APIs, CRM/PLM/ERP and their integration
• Experience in coaching and developing product management professionals
• Understanding of AI/ML use cases in commercial contexts
• Excellent German and English language skills
