In this role

You will work under the direct guidance of a team supervisor to keep local football grounds in top condition.

- Carrying out general gardening and pitch maintenance at the Son Bibiloni football sports facilities.
- Performing routine upkeep of surrounding green areas and grounds.
- Assisting occasionally with maintenance tasks at the Son Moix stadium when required.
- Utilizing basic gardening tools and equipment safely and responsibly.

To be considered for this opening

You must meet the following criteria:

- Possession of an official disability certificate of 33% or higher.




- Having your own private transport to reach the work facilities reliably for the 07:00 to 15:00 shift, as public transportation does not service the location at these hours.
- A proactive attitude, punctuality, and the physical capacity to carry out outdoor groundskeeping work.

This role comes with clear conditions and long-term development prospects

- A full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, working from 07:00 to 15:00, giving you free afternoons and completely free weekends.
- An initial 12-month temporary employment contract intended to convert into a permanent position.
- A gross annual salary of 17,094 EUR paid across 12 monthly installments.
- Planned start date on 01/10/2026.
