As HSE & Sustainability Manager for ABB Motion Spain, you will lead the regional HSE strategy and drive a high-performance safety culture across services, projects, workshops, sales and offices. You will mentor the HSE Specialist team and partner with management, project teams and regulators to ensure compliance, manage risks, and advance sustainability initiatives. You will contribute to ABB's ESG commitments through measurement, reporting and continuous improvement. This role offers strategic influence, cross-functional impact and the chance to shape safety and sustainability at scale.

Responsabilidades

- Lead and develop Motion's HSE Specialist team within the SPP framework
- Design and implement the integral HSE and Sustainability strategy for Motion, aligned with ABB guidelines
- Oversee risk management and incident investigations across workshops, projects and field services




- Drive environmental and ESG projects focusing on decarbonisation and energy efficiency
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage ISO 45001/14001 certified systems
- Liaise with labour inspectorates, auditors and regulatory bodies
- Promote digital tools, data analytics and streamlined workflows to support decision-making

Requisitos principales

- Master in Occupational Risk Prevention with at least two preventive specializations
- 10+ years of experience in HSE leadership roles and people management
- Experience with contractor management and complex field safety at customer sites
- Strong strategic and practical risk management skills
- Excellent communication and multi-stakeholder management
- Data-driven decision-making based on KPIs
- Fluency in English and Spanish
