your work will have a clear impact on cost, supplier performance and future growth.What You'll Be Doing- Build the strategic procurement framework across European operations, establishing processes, reporting and supplier evaluation.- Lead negotiations with suppliers and contract manufacturers across pricing, payment terms, MOQs and commercial agreements.- Drive cost optimisation and supplier diversification using market intelligence and structured sourcing strategies.- Partner with senior leadership, R&D, Quality, Finance and Sales on sourcing, margin, forecasting and supply decisions.What You'll Bring- Senior strategic procurement, sourcing or category management experience within food, nutrition, ingredients, FMCG or another relevant regulated manufacturing environment.- Strong experience managing suppliers and outsourced or contract manufacturing relationships.- Evidence of delivering measurable commercial improvements through sourcing, negotiation and supplier development.- Fluent English and Spanish, with flexibility for occasional European travel.Who This SuitsYou’re a commercially minded procurement professional ready to make a bigger impact.
