The Accounting Manager manages accounting operations and ensures compliance with accounting laws, regulations and financial standards. Their main responsibilities include preparing, auditing and analyzing the company's accounts, financial records and other financial commitments. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including collecting payments and identifying potential risks of non-payment

Ensure the reliability and accuracy of accounting operations in accordance with internal processes and accounting rules and norms

Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles

Review all financial transactions for accuracy and ensure that accounting records are up-to-date

Analysis of financial data

Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly

Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement

Reporting

Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and other reports based on standard accounting practices

Provide reports to management regarding the financial status of the company, including trends over time

Prepare budgets, forecast future financial performance, and identify areas for cost savings

Team management

Manage team scheduling and absences to ensure service continuity

Set individual goals and objectives for the achievement of business results, conduct employee appraisals, assess performance

Ensure the development of employee skills

Ensure that information is disseminated appropriately to teams

Support and advice

Communicate with clients, colleagues, and management to provide financial information, answer questions, and provide guidance on financial matters

Recommend adjustments to improve accuracy of reporting





Assist management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts

Contribute to the improvement and development of new accounting procedures and practices

Continually drive for process improvement/efficiency, identify areas for improvement, suggest and implement solutions
