Overview

In this role you design and drive the end-to-end architecture for Zurich’s agentic reporting platform, ZAAi, focusing on actuarial and financial reporting. You connect data, LLM orchestration, and deterministic compute to deliver scalable, auditable solutions that meet governance standards. You’ll bridge actuarial domain experts with delivery teams and lead expansion from non-life to life and group finance reporting. This position sits in Zurich’s Technology Delivery Center in Barcelona, offering a collaborative, innovative environment with real impact on general reporting capabilities.

Responsabilidades

- Design data integration and data flow for agentic reporting
- Define full-stack solution architecture (data connectors, MCP, LLM orchestration, deterministic compute)
- Shape agentic AI platform design and governance, including cost control and observability
- Lead evaluation framework for agent outputs (eval sets, tracing, cost, latency, hallucination monitoring)
- Coordinate between actuarial/finance domain experts and delivery teams
- Ensure AI security, safe tool execution, and guardrails




- Support expansion to Life, Reserving, and Group Finance reporting
- Align with Zurich IT governance and architecture standards
- Collaborate with vendors and internal data/dashboard teams
- Contribute to reusable architectural patterns and domain-specific customization

Requisitos principales

- 10–15 years in solution architecture with data-intensive or reporting systems in financial services
- Hands-on experience with actuarial/finance reporting in a group-wide context
- Ability to translate actuarial/finance data models into designs
- Enterprise-grade AI/LLM application architecture experience
- Knowledge of agentic patterns: tool-use, MCP, orchestration
- AI evaluation, observability, and cost-control expertise
- AI security and responsible-AI practices (prompt-injection defence, PII handling)
- Cloud data platform experience (Azure / Databricks)
- Anthropic Claude certification
- Experience delivering within regulated IT governance frameworks
- Ability to work at multiple levels from data to stakeholder presenting options
