In this Global Sales Manager role, you drive international growth for SD Worx by identifying new markets and guiding complex, cross-border sales to successful outcomes. You’ll engage with decision-makers across borders and work closely with cross-functional teams to shape solutions for customers. The position offers meaningful impact in expanding our international footprint, with a focus on sustainable, value-driven partnerships. You will collaborate with senior leaders to advance the company’s HR & Payroll solutions on a integral stage.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets to support sustainable growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including C-level executives, HR, IT and Procurement
- Lead negotiations and close strategic, high-value contracts balancing commercial outcomes with long-term partnerships
- Monitor and share insights on sales performance, market developments and emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (Domestic Sales, Product & Portfolio Management, Presales, Corporate Legal, Service Delivery, Implementation,



Partner Management) to shape client solutions
- Engage in cross-border deal processes and manage multiple opportunities in parallel
- Support alignment with Excom members and Senior Leadership on strategy and opportunities
- Strong sales experience in the HR & Payroll industry
- History of consistently achieving international sales targets
- Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel with a structured approach
- Experience closing complex, cross-border deals with diverse stakeholders and markets
- Interest in technology and consultative, value-based selling
- Strong commercial insight and negotiation skills with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work in a process-driven environment with a focus on clarity and compliance
- Fluency in English;
