Overview

In this Senior AI Engineer role, you will apply machine learning and Generative AI to transform ADP’s business processes and client experience. You’ll collaborate with data scientists and engineers to solve real-world challenges and deliver impact through scalable AI solutions. Expect a mix of NLP, deep learning, ML infrastructure, and deployment, including LLM-based applications, at scale. You’ll work on meaningful products that affect millions of people and mentor others on a collaborative, growth-oriented Spark team.

Responsabilidades

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams in an Agile environment to design, develop, and deploy advanced ML solutions
- Contribute to ML architecture, data pipelines, and APIs for solutions
- Design and implement state-of-the-art data products and models to optimize the HCM user experience
- Write high-quality code and documentation; establish best practices for adaptive,

- Mentor teammates, fostering independent thinking and collaborative problem solving

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Advanced English communication
- Strong Python proficiency and modern AI/ML frameworks
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, and RAG architectures
- Hands-on with AWS (S3, Lambda, Step Functions, SageMaker), Databricks, MLflow, CI/CD
- Familiarity with vector and NoSQL databases, cloud-native architectures, MLOps/LLMOps, model evaluation, scalable AI app development
