We are looking for an Asset Analyst who will act as a link between the financial and investment side of the business and the operational performance of the properties.

Responsibilities

- Support to the team in defining, developing and delivering the long-term strategic direction for each stable asset, value creation, 360 view and competitive position.
- Holds a strategic view and the vision on the asset and a deep understanding of the market, catchment area and the customer
- Assist with renovation projects on standing assets
- Conduct site visits,



inspections and reviews on a regular basis and advises the Senior Asset Manager
- Acts as an owner of his/her portfolio of assets
- Participates in improving processes/tools/” ways of working”
- Any other task required for the role

Requirements

- 2-plus years of progressive experience in shopping center/retail//hospitality asset management roles.
- Demonstrated knowledge and interest for real estate and/or retail development, leasing property management operations.
- Fluent in English
- B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent
