As Associate Product Manager, you will be involved in many aspects of the product development cycle, including research, roadmap development, requirements gathering, and SAFe Agile product delivery. Your creative solutions and extraordinarily high standards will drive success across a range of product modules and initiatives.

Compensation range: 32.000€ - 42.000€

What you will be doing:

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Corporate Business Unit, to understand our users and their content workflow needs.
- Work with the Senior Product Manager and other stakeholders to define innovative, scalable solutions to market problems, aligning these to targeted buyer and user personas.
- Maintain product roadmap, managing internal and external communications regarding product roadmap plans and milestones, and aligning to the overall RightFind suite roadmap.
- Serve as the Product Owner (PO) in a SAFe Agile team environment. o Gather requirements, based on clear understanding of problems and workflows, to specify high-level user flows and feature behavior. Work with business analysts and/or user interface designers to create prototype designs and wireframes. Collaborate with the engineering team to help determine the best implementation methods. Accept delivered software.
- Work with colleagues from other departments, including marketing, sales, client delivery, client engagement, platform,



and software professional services, to gather internal requirements, and coordinate projects.
- Assist other product managers in facilitating discovery sessions, partnership discussions, and market research activities, including discussions with industry experts, partners/vendors, and clients and prospects within the corporate R&D; information and knowledge management space.
- May be accountable for other results and activities as assigned

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Product Management or related to this field is preferred.
- 2-3 years professional experience; 1 - 2 years’ experience in a Product Owner or similar position working with a software development team.
- Proficient in Google Drive / Docs / Slides / Sheets and proficient in Jira.
- Professional level of English and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Key MS O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and online conferencing (e.g., Zoom / MS Teams).
- Ability to communicate complex ideas using the technique that is best suited to your audience and experience writing user stories.
- Travel normally required 5-10%.
- Willingness to experiment in applying AI to Product Management tasks.
