Overview

In this role you support electrical system installation design for aircraft, from architecture through detailed design, manufacturing support, and in-service activities. You will navigate multi‑interface environments to drive compliant, integrated electrical harnesses and equipment. The position emphasizes adaptability to evolving design processes and tight program schedules in a highly complex development context. You will contribute to a mission‑critical domain and have impact on product integrity and certification readiness.

Responsabilidades

- Design and validate electrical harnesses and equipment installation across architecture to manufacturing support and in-service stages
- Apply design principles within regulatory, processes, methods, tools, and procedures
- Coordinate with multiple interfaces and departments to manage complexity in electrical systems




- Adapt to evolving processes and tools and face new technical challenges
- Support critical-path activities in aircraft development and manufacturing through design and integration
- Contribute to ongoing improvements and idea generation for better electrical design capability

Requisitos principales

- Degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering or related discipline
- 3–5 years of engineering experience in a design/airframe department
- Knowledge of electrical and/or electromechanical design, including CATIA
- CATIA V5 (V6/3DX desirable)
- High adaptability to new topics and networked work
- Knowledge of Aircraft Certification Process is a plus
- Advanced level English and Spanish; German or French is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to propose new ideas
