Experteer Overview In this role you will own the electrical system design for multiple wind turbine platforms and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions. You will drive product development from requirement definition through prototype and serial production, focusing on safety, reliability, and performance. You will coordinate with customers, fleet support, and interfaces across mechanical and electrical domains to ensure on-time hardware releases. - Prioritize and delegate work to a global team of design engineers and subcontractors
- Oversee daily team operations, define priorities, and allocate resources
- Collaborate with customers, fleet support teams, and systems engineering on improvements
- Review critical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications before releases
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, cost, performance, and reliability targets
- Coordinate cross-functions (mechanics, systems, sourcing) to support sub-system development
- Interface with test labs to define validation strategy for sub-system requirements
- Provide technical guidance on design practices, standards, and new methods to ensure safety and qualityResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Strong tech or product management experience in low voltage and/or power path component design or similar role
