Experteer Overview In this role, you design and govern cyber security architecture for VOLT (DNO) ecosystems, continuously adding solutions to reduce risk in a dynamic cyber landscape. You lead Secure Access Solutions phases, translating business needs into technical requirements and coordinating internal and external teams. You align vendor roadmaps with Vodafone’s strategy while ensuring compliant, secure delivery. You’ll drive architectural decisions in high-risk situations and protect critical systems.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Define and enforce security controls across systems and products
- Design and implement security solutions to reduce risk
- Maintain secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) and manage vulnerabilities with SLAs
- Support audits and prepare evidence as needed
- Make architectural decisions to enable business in critical/high-risk contexts
- Deploy solutions on virtual infrastructure and integrate with OSS architecture (Identity u0026 security management)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end delivery within time and budget
- Manage lifecycle of systems and identify opportunities for technical synergies
- Select and coordinate external suppliers for design, development, and implementation
- Continuously align security and product roadmaps with business strategy

- Very good knowledge of OSS/BSS architecture and solutions
- Strong knowledge of IT security controls and log management systems
- Knowledge of User Access Management systems
- Experience across multiple security domains or security operations tools
- Knowledge of OS, DB, and Microsoft systems with hardening baselines
- Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (e.G., Sailpoint, Oracle) and remote vendor access solutions (e.G., Citrix, ZTNA, MAVD)
- Experience with hardening and vulnerability management in OSS (e.G., Tripwire, SIEM, EDR, MFA, AV)
- Good knowledge of process and project management methodologies (e.G., Prince2)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to support team members and work under tight deadlines
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- University degree in computer science, telecommunications or equivalent
- At least 5 years of professional IT/telecom experience
- Proven track record in managing large, complex programs
