Key responsibilities

- Property acquisition in an assigned prime area
- Active follow-up and management of listed properties




- Advising and assisting potential buyers throughout the sales process
- Negotiation and closing of sales transactions
- CRM management and reporting
- Close collaboration with the commercial team

Candidate profile

- Previous experience in real estate or a strong commercial vocation with proven customer service skills
- Strong negotiation, organization and closing abilities
- Results-driven mindset and clear sales orientation
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good personal presentation
- Solid knowledge of the city of Barcelona and Maresme
- Familiarity with CRM systems and strong command of Microsoft Office

Languages

- Spanish: Native
- Catalan: Native
- Additional languages will be highly valued
- own vehicle mandatory.
