We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to assume full P&L; accountability and end-to-end operational responsibility for driving the next phase of global growth while bridging the gap between creative execution and corporate commercial scaling. Leading a cross-functional unit of approximately 40 specialists - including producers, engineers, mathematicians, visual designers, animators, and quality assurance personnel - the leader will accelerate delivery pipelines, broaden compliance reach across general territories, utilize analytics to enhance product performance, and maximize distribution networks.

Responsibilities

- Define and execute the long-term growth strategy to align operational outputs with broader corporate commercial goals.
- Administer budgetary oversight, financial forecasting, resource distribution, and development yield to sustain rapid revenue expansion.
- Spearhead strategic expansion into high-growth South American territories as well as regulated North American regional jurisdictions.
- Diversify commercial streams by introducing and scaling specialized promotional frameworks, modifying mathematical profiles and virtual engagement models to align with North American market standards.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison to executive leadership, providing transparent metrics, progress reports, and strategic performance reviews.
- Direct the entire production lifecycle, overseeing conceptualization, mathematical design, visual assets, animation, quality control, and final distribution.
- Own the development roadmap, balancing product quality, localized market preferences, retention mechanics, and delivery deadlines.




- Analyze product performance post-launch using metrics like overall yield, transaction frequency, engagement patterns, and statistical behavior to optimize positioning.
- Coordinate regulatory certification efforts across new international markets to open unmapped commercial avenues.

Requirements

- Proven background as a General Manager, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer, or Managing Director within an established digital entertainment studio.
- Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience within the B2B digital entertainment domain, with a demonstrable track record of commercial product success.
- Extensive expertise in software production workflows, statistical return models, volatility design, and user retention mechanics.
- Professional fluency in verbal and written English communication.
- Demonstrated history of launching digital software products within South American markets, regulated North American jurisdictions, or promotional entertainment sectors.
- Direct experience expanding a specialized business unit of 30 to 50 personnel to increase commercial output and distribution footprint.
