Client Success Specialist to build strong client relationships, provide ongoing support, and help clients achieve their goals. The idóneo candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Support clients throughout onboarding and ongoing engagement.

- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Respond to client questions, requests, and concerns.

- Monitor client satisfaction and engagement.

- Follow up on open requests and ensure timely resolution.

- Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs.

- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.

- Ability to build positive and professional client relationships.

- Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work.

- English proficiency is required if working with English-speaking clients or teams.
