Fundamental Hospitality is looking for an experienced Club Manager to join the team at NYX Marbella , our high-energy nightlife concept in Marbella, Spain.

The Club Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the venue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and the highest standards of service, atmosphere, and team leadership. This role requires a hands-on hospitality professional with a strong understanding of luxury nightlife operations, VIP service, and high-volume environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the venue, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all areas.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the management and operational teams, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest experience, service, presentation, and hospitality are maintained at all times.
- Work closely with reservations, hostesses, door, security, bar, and floor teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests, regular clientele, promoters, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor guest feedback and proactively address concerns to ensure exceptional service recovery when required.
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, labour costs, and operational productivity.
- Take ownership of the venue’s financial performance, including revenue generation, cost control, budgeting, and achieving commercial targets.
- Analyse sales performance, operational reports, and key business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, licensing regulations, health & safety procedures, and local legal requirements.
- Work closely with the marketing and events teams to support activations,



entertainment programs, partnerships, and special events.
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor during service, particularly during peak periods and high-profile events.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning across the team.
- Ensure all departments work collaboratively to deliver a consistent and memorable guest experience.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Marbella nightlife scene, market trends, guest expectations, and competitor activity.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar management role within high-end nightlife, luxury hospitality, or premium entertainment concepts.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills with experience leading large teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, costs, and financial performance.
- Good understanding of VIP service, guest relations, and nightlife operations.
- Ability to work late nights, weekends, and peak season schedules.
- Fluent English required; Spanish strongly preferred (additional languages are a plus).
- Legal right to work in Spain.
