In Barcelona, the integral business service provides financial support to more than 18 countries. Specifically, the Accounts Payable department is responsible for processing vendor invoices and queries in line with established service-level agreements to ensure timely payments and accurate financial reporting. We aim to establish a strong and mutually beneficial professional relationship with our business partners and other financial departments.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Beinchargeofvalidatingandpostinginvoicesfollowingcompanyguidelinesandprocesses,fulfillingcountrylegalrequirementsandcontrolsforthecountriesassigned.
- Resolveinternalandexternalqueries(paymentstatus,generalinformation,vendorreconciliation)
- Performtheassignedtasksandworkwithotherstreamsformonth-endclosing.
- Providesupportandbuildaprofessionalrelationshipwithinternalandexternalstakeholders.




- Resolveissuesdetectedinqualitycontrols(e.g.VATcode,currency,legalentity…)

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

- Universitydegreeinfinanceand/oradministration(ideal,notamust)
- Atleast1yearexperienceinaccounting
- ExperiencewithERPsystems(SAP)isaplus
- Basicunderstandingoffinancialconcepts
- FluentinEnglish(B2)goodcommandofbothoral&written;
- Advanced proficiency in Italian is ideal.
