In this role you will be the on-the-ground partner for Dow Jones’ employee and labor strategy across Europe, ensuring compliant and productive relations to support regional growth. You will balance diplomacy with strong compliance, advising local teams and management. You will lead high-stakes ER matters, coach leaders, and shape processes and training while acting as the primary liaison with works councils and unions.
