Perk is seeking a motivated Sales Professional to step into the SDR Team Lead role (DACH) in our Barcelona sales team. You will coach and support a team of up to 8 outbound SDRs, helping them develop skills, generate pipeline, and hit targets.
You’ll partner with the SDR Manager and Head of Sales Development to shape strategies, improve processes, and ensure the team's work drives Perk's growth.
