LEAD DECKHAND/DIVEMASTER

100m+ Private Motor Yacht | Based in Greece | Start Early October

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Lead Deckhand/Divemaster to join a 100m+ private motor yacht currently based in Spain and preparing for operational deployment.

This is an opportunity to join a structured large-yacht program with long-term stability and clear operational standards.

Key Requirements

- Available to start early October
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience on yachts 80m and above, ideally in a lead or senior deckhand role




- PADI Divemaster certification (or equivalent) required
- Experience managing guest diving activities: dive briefings, equipment checks, and dive site safety
- Tank filling, compressor maintenance, and dive gear servicing/storage
- Strong understanding of exterior maintenance and deck operations
- Confident in mooring operations and general seamanship
- Solid carpentry/deck background: teak deck repair/caulking, varnish work, minor joinery, brightwork restoration
- Fluent English
- Able to guide and coordinate junior deckhands on deck and maintenance tasks
- Valid diving medical certificate
