Gramian Consultancy is seeking an experienced Cisco Collaboration & Video Conferencing Engineer for a short-term contract across on-site locations in Europe. You will handle Level 2 incidents, troubleshoot CMS/Expressway, endpoints, and telephony systems, and coordinate with local teams on upgrades and projects.
The role requires strong hands-on Cisco expertise, including CMS, MRA, and B2B, plus familiarity with CUCM, Unity, Jabber, and security/licensing concepts. VMware knowledge is a plus.
