Be a part of a global, diverse and dynamic team leading the charge in the energy transition. As Business Controller for our Power Consulting business in the UK and Spain , you will partner with business leaders to drive performance, support strategic decisions, and enable profitable growth.

This is a highly visible international role offering exposure to financial planning, reporting, governance, and business partnering across two countries. If you are analytical, proactive, and enjoy turning data into meaningful business insights, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a integral organization.

How You'll Make An Impact

- Act as a trusted finance business partner for the Power Consulting teams in the UK and Spain.
- Support strategic decision making through financial analysis and business insights.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-term business plans.
- Monitor business performance and identify risks, opportunities, and improvement actions.
- Deliver accurate monthly reporting, financial analysis, and performance reviews.
- Drive strong financial governance, compliance, and internal controls.
- Support audits, risk management activities,



and balance sheet reviews.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, standardization, and data quality.

Your background

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, accounting, or business finance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-finance stakeholders and collaborate in international teams.
