About the Role

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for maximizing patient outcomes and driving sustainable business growth across the Hereditary Angioedema (HAE) and Transplant portfolio within Eastern Spain .

The KAM develops strategic partnerships with healthcare stakeholders, leads account planning and execution, and coordinates cross-functional resources to deliver value-based solutions that support patients, healthcare professionals, healthcare organizations, and Takeda.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer and business priorities.
- Build trusted relationships with key healthcare stakeholders and decision makers.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient access and portfolio performance.
- Lead cross-functional account teams to ensure coordinated customer engagement.
- Utilize customer and market insights to drive business decisions and account performance.
- Deliver territory sales objectives while ensuring compliance with Takeda policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Business, or related field.




- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Experience in hospital and specialty care environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Base Salary Range: €50,800.00 - €69,850.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The vigente base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
