Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive AI-enabled automation across Payroll and Products, shaping reusable patterns and technical standards. You will design and deploy intelligent solutions within the Azure ecosystem to reduce repetitive work and boost process efficiency. Collaborating with Payroll, Product, and SME partners, you’ll translate business needs into scalable AI designs and governance. You will stay at the forefront of Azure AI capabilities, delivering secure, responsible AI deployments that scale across the organization. This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on engineering excellence and cross-team collaboration.

• Design, build, and deploy intelligent automation solutions using Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI services, and related tooling
• Develop production-grade Python services integrated with AI models, workflows, datasets, and APIs
• Create reusable AI components and engineering patterns for cross-team adoption
• Define and promote best practices for prompt engineering, model governance, and responsible AI deployment
• Contribute to AI architecture decisions, performance optimization, and engineering standards
• Deliver end-to-end AI-powered automation for high-volume, repetitive processes in Payroll, Products, and internal functions
• Implement intelligent document processing, NLP workflows, AI assistants, and RAG/RAA solutions




• Develop secure integrations between AI services and enterprise applications via APIs and microservices
• Build data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, embeddings, vector indexing, retrieval, and evaluation
• Collaborate with Payroll and Product SMEs to identify automation opportunities and drive measurable outcomes
• Ensure modern engineering practices: version control, testing, observability, and secure software development
• Participate in incident reviews and continuously improve AI architectures with lessons learned
• Promote electric AI evaluation, telemetry, traceability, prompt management, and responsible AI
• Stay current with Azure AI and emerging Generative AI capabilities and safe adoption opportunities

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or related field
• Min 5 years of hands-on Python development in production environments
• Min 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure ecosystem
• Min 3 years of experience delivering AI or ML solutions in production/enterprise environments
