We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused

Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through the onboarding process and help them get started successfully with our products or services. The idóneo candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer support.

Responsibilities

- Guide new customers through the onboarding process.

- Help customers understand products, services, and next steps.

- Coordinate onboarding activities, meetings, and required information.

- Respond to customer questions and provide timely support.

- Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on pending tasks.

- Identify and resolve onboarding issues or coordinate with internal teams.

- Maintain accurate customer information and onboarding records.

- Ensure customers have a smooth and positive onboarding experience.

- Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes and deadlines.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.

- Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work.

- English proficiency is required if working with English-speaking customers or teams.
