? We’re Hiring: Customer Service Agent - German Speaker

At Netzon Group , we’re growing fast - and we’re looking for motivated Customer Service Agents to join our International Team in Barcelona.

? About the Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently. You’ll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience and representing a well known sports brand.

✅ Key Responsibilities

- Work with customers to answer product information and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way.
- Put yourself in our customers shoes, analyze their problems and tailor solutions for them.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat and social media.
- Become an expert and brand ambassador for the brand.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.

? What We’re Looking For





- Fluency in both Dutch and English.
- A passion for helping customers.
- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
- Strong administrative skills with an eye for details.
- A strong professional and proactive approach to problem solving.

? What We Offer

- Start Date: November 2026
- Contract: Fixed-Term 3 months with posibility for extension (1 month probation).
- Part-Time: 25hrs per week
- Working Hours: Tuesday to Friday 16hs to 20hs and Saturdays 9hs to 14hs.
- Salary: €20,415.38 pro rated gross per year.
- Working Model: Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office.
- Training: Full-Time Training for 2 weeks - 9 to 18hs Monday to Friday.
- Office Location: Barcelona (Eixample)
