? Data Engineer – Sales Operations & Business Analytics

About the role

Are you passionate about turning complex business challenges into data-driven solutions?

We are looking for a Data Engineer with strong business acumen to join our 3D Big Data organization and support strategic Sales Operations initiatives.

This role combines technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and business understanding to help drive better decision-making across the organization.

You will work closely with Sales Operations, Business Intelligence teams and data source owners to design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions that enable reporting, analytics, and operational excellence. The role will be embedded within a Data Engineering team while supporting business priorities defined by the Sales organization.

What you'll do

✅ Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand data and analytics requirements.

✅ Serve as the technical point of contact for Sales Operations data initiatives.

✅ Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and integrations using Databricks and modern data engineering practices.

✅ Connect and integrate data from various enterprise systems into centralized analytics platforms.

✅ Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency across reporting and analytical solutions.

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.





✅ Contribute to the continuous improvement of data architecture, governance, and engineering standards.
