Experteer Overview In this role you will lead waste technology strategy and advisory efforts to enhance refinery compliance and performance. You will support site teams with regulatory analyses, optimization projects, and technical guidance, while coordinating with vendors and external licensors. Your work helps drive safer, more reliable operations and compliant waste disposal across multiple sites. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that combines governance, technical execution, and continuous improvement in a large refining network.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Lead development and execution of waste technology strategies and governance aligned with refinery goals
- Monitor site performance through audits, scorecards, KPI reporting, and senior management updates on waste and environmental initiatives
- Identify and advance waste management projects and disposal opportunities to improve compliance and operating performance
- Develop regulatory compliance strategies and support legal interpretations for permitting and rule changes
- Mentor site environmental professionals and coordinate training, meetings,



and knowledge sharing
- Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, licensors, equipment providers, and suppliers; evaluate new technologies
- Support business development and innovation through industry engagement and technology evaluationResponsabilidades
- High School Diploma or GED with 15 years of relevant environmental experience, or Bachelor’s degree in a HESS-related field, Engineering, or advanced degree with 7 years of experience
- Detailed knowledge of current environmental rules and the ability to communicate impact plans to leadership
- Ability to review engineering designs and ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Comprehensive knowledge of facilities and relationships with environmental rules and the ability to prevent recurrence of issuesRequisitos principales
