TEKsystems is supporting a leading general FMCG organization on a strategic enterprise integration transformation programme. As part of a large-scale modernization initiative, the business is migrating approximately 400 enterprise integrations from MuleSoft to Boomi across a complex global technology landscape.We are looking for an experienced Program Manager who can combine strong program leadership with solid integration-domain expertise to drive successful delivery while coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, architects, and delivery teams.Please note: we can only consider candidates currently based in Spain or Poland.Job Responsibilities:- Own end-to-end program governance and delivery.- Develop and manage program plans, milestones, RAID logs, and reporting structures.- Drive program execution from initiation through completion.- Coordinate business stakeholders, architecture teams, vendors, and system integrators.- Facilitate steering committees and provide executive-level reporting.- Lead migration planning and execution activities across multiple integration workstreams.- Manage dependency tracking, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.- Coordinate business testing, cutover planning,



and deployment activities.- Ensure critical integrations are migrated with minimal business disruption.- Work closely with platform vendors and delivery partners to ensure successful migration execution.- Support the retirement of legacy integration platforms and consolidation onto Boomi.- Ensure all program activities align with enterprise architecture standards and broader business transformation objectives.Candidate QualificationsEssential:- Proven Program Management experience delivering enterprise integration transformation programs.- Strong experience with MuleSoft.- Strong experience with Boomi.- Experience managing large-scale migration programs.- Experience working with multiple technology vendors and system integrators.- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.- Experience leading globally distributed teams.- Ability to bridge business and technical discussions.- Experience managing programs governance, risks, dependencies, testing, and cutover activities.Highly Desirable- SAP Integration Suite experience.- Solace integration experience.- Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or other complex global enterprise environments.- Strong understanding of enterprise integration architectures and API-led connectivity.- Experience supporting M&A, carve-out, separation, or large-scale transformation programmes.Technical Environment- MuleSoft- Boomi- SAP Integration Suite- Solace- SAP Ecosystem- Enterprise API Integrations- Managed Cloud Integration Platforms- Large-scale enterprise integration landscapes
