We are looking fora Data Protection & Privacy Specialist to join an important Project located in Madridin Hybrid job modality.

What are we looking for?

- An/a Data Protection & Privacy Specialist, with at least 1years of experience.
- Availability to join a stable project in Madrid.
- Work Model:Hybrid
- Work Schedule:Complete

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations.
- Experience with DPIAs, risk assessments, and privacy documentation.
- Knowledge of information security frameworks and regulatory compliance.
- Experience reviewing contracts and privacy-related documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Privacy certifications (DPO, CIPP/E, CIPM, or similar) are a plus.
- Professional working proficiency in English.

What will your responsibilities be?

- Provide guidance on GDPR compliance and privacy requirements.
- Maintain the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA).
- Review contracts, privacy clauses, and data processing agreements.
- Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and risk assessments.
- Assess compliance of applications and projects.
- Develop privacy policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage security incidents and data breaches.
- Deliver privacy awareness and training programs.
