Experteer Overview
As Team Lead in Málaga, you will build and guide a consultants team, ensuring alignment between the local Hub South and Belgian leadership. You’ll drive engagement, translate business needs into actions, and monitor performance through KPIs and data. You’ll collaborate with cross-country stakeholders and support onboarding while contributing to Hub South’s growth. This role blends people leadership with capacity management and operational excellence in a dynamic international setting.

Responsabilidades
• Experience leading teams and developing people
• Experience in operational leadership, workforce planning, capacity management or similar KPI-driven environments
• Strong coaching abilities for individual and team growth
• Proactive, ownership-minded with a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Comfort with metrics and data to inform decision-making
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and coordinate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-country collaboration
• Enjoy working in a dynamic international environment with change and growth
• Willing to travel occasionally to Belgium to strengthen leadership collaboration
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French; knowledge of Spanish is a strong asset
