The project!As Ecommerce Marketplace Manager – Hackett &

- Façonnable, you will responsible for driving overall sales performance, commercial strategy, and expansion across all 3rd-party digital channels for Hackett London and Façonnable.

This role focuses on achieving full top-line and bottom-line target budgets across an established portfolio of major European marketplaces, optimizing channel profitability, providing commercial input for tailored brand assortments, and leading a high-performing team to ensure every partner account reaches its full commercial potential.

You will work closely with Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service and Brand Marketing to shape trading plans, improve operational execution and unlock the full potential of each partner account. This is a key leadership role for someone who combines strong commercial judgement with a data-led approach and a passion for building high-performing teams.

- Revenue Growth: Own and deliver the global marketplace target budgets and channel profitability for Hackett London and Façonnable,ensuring top-line revenues, margins, and bottom-line targets are consistently met across all platforms.

Partner Terms &
- Commercial Frameworks: Lead continuous commercial structure reviews with platform, partners,



optimizing commission models, fee parameters, and contractual terms to protect brand margins as accounts scale.

Global Expansion Roadmap: Identify, evaluate, and launch strategic marketplace opportunities globally to continuously extend international market share for both brands.

Assortment support and trade planningAssortment Support &Buying; Input Creation: Provide commercial input, channel-specific insights, and demand forecasting to the central Buying and Merchandising teams to support in buying decisions and inventory management

Promotional &

- Lifecycle Execution: Align seasonal launch calendars, carryover stock flow, and promotional activities across accounts to maximize sell-through rate while preserving brand equity.

Trade Marketing &
- Visibility: Develop and execute targeted performance marketing and retail media strategies to boost platform traffic, on-site conversion, and brand presence.

Operational excellence and leadershipTeam Development: Lead, mentor, and scale a dedicated Marketplace team, fostering a data-driven culture focused on operational agility and commercial success.

Cross-Functional Integration: Streamline workflows across Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and Brand Marketing to ensure flawless execution and high partner service level standards.

Performance Analytics: Monitor weekly and monthly performance metrics, platform analytics, and consumer shopping trends to dynamically adjust commercial tactics.

Required qualifications and experienceProven experience in marketplace, e-commerce or digital trading leadership within fashion, retail or consumer brands.

Strong commercial background with responsibility for revenue growth, margin management and P&L; performance.

Experience working with major third-party marketplaces and managing partner relationships.
