We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to join our team for an end use in the industrial sector. The adecuado candidate will excel in developing complex stories with a strong focus on autonomy, technical excellence, and delivering high-quality solutions on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain applications and technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, adhering to project specifications and development best practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions developed on the platform.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and the functionality of developed solutions.
- Provide Level 3 technical support and resolve ServiceNow platform issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a developer on the ServiceNow platform.
- Preferred experience working within an Agile/SCRUM methodology.




- Hands-on experience in at least one of the following modules:
- ITSM Professional
- Software Asset Management (SAM)
- ITOM Discovery
- Highly valued experience in any of the following technologies:
- CMDB (Integrations, Identification/Reconciliation rules)
- Performance Analytics
- Virtual Agent
- Now Mobile / Now Agent (ServiceNow Mobile Apps)

Preferred Certifications

- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Discovery
- Software Asset Management
- Hardware Asset Management

Compensation and Benefits

- Remote freelance rate: €300-350 per workday.
