This is a unique opportunity to lead the operational backbone of a complex SAP ecosystem while working in a highly international environment.What will you do?Lead the SAP Basis, Operations & Landscape team.Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of the SAP landscape.Manage SAP systems administration, technical upgrades, support packages, and SAP HANA databases.Oversee DEV, QA, PRE-PROD, and PROD environments.Drive infrastructure monitoring, disaster recovery, and high-availability initiatives.Coordinate incident management and oversee major incident resolution.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams,



and external providers across multiple countries.What are we looking for?Strong experience in SAP Basis and SAP operations management.Solid background working with SAP HANA environments.Experience with ITIL-based service, incident, and change management.Previous leadership experience managing technical teams.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Fluent English is mandatory.
