What you’ll be doing

Take full ownership of turnover, margin and overall performance across your territory

Manage and grow an established customer base while developing high‑value new accounts

Provide technical consulting on complex automation applications and sensor solutions

What you’ll bring

Degree‑level education in Electrical Engineering, STEM , or equivalent technical background (Preferable)

Strong experience in industrial automation , ideally in a field‑based sales role

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a proven ability to make things happen

Solid understanding of automation technologies, sensor applications and integration

High self‑motivation, especially in developing new customers and expanding existing potential

Structured, efficient working style with a team‑oriented, results‑driven mindset
