Financial & Contract Operations Specialist | Advanced Excel & English

For a project supporting the digital transformation of the public sector, we are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who wants to deepen their expertise in financial and contract operations.

This is not just about consolidating data. You will analyse costs, review contractual information, identify discrepancies and help turn complex datasets into meaningful management information.

Your mission

You will join an international environment and help ensure that the project’s financial, contractual and operational information is accurate, traceable and useful for decision-making.

What you will do

Analyse and consolidate financial and contractual data using advanced Excel.

Support cost estimations, forecasts, pricing calculations and price indexation activities.

Review invoices, costs and supporting documentation to identify inconsistencies or deviations.

Prepare and maintain financial and contractual documentation related to the project.

Extract, clean and analyse data to produce KPIs, indicators and management reports.

Support financial audits, compliance reviews and documentation controls.

Collaborate on procurement,



supplier and subcontractor-related activities when required.

Participate in meetings with international stakeholders and follow up on the related documentation.

What we are looking for A university degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, cost analysis, contract management, procurement or similar roles.

Upper-intermediate to advanced English level (B2+/C1), with the confidence to contribute actively in meetings and communicate with international stakeholders.

Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data consolidation and analysis of large datasets.

Accuracy and analytical judgement when working with complex financial and contractual information.

A genuine interest in financial data, costs, contract operations and improving data quality.

Experience in forecasting, financial audits, risk assessment, cost estimation, price indexation or international environments will be highly valued.

Practical knowledge of automation, AI tools or AI-assisted data analysis will be considered a plus.
