In this role you will lead end-to-end PSS implementation projects for ADP Celergo, serving as the main client contact and coordinating with global partners. You’ll configure the ADP Celergo portal, test and optimize the solution, and ensure invoicing and payment settings align with client needs and regulations. You will explain country-specific payment issues, train clients online, and support the implementation team to a successful go-live. This role combines client-facing delivery with technical setup and cross-functional collaboration to scale payment services globally.
