Experteer Overview In this role, you will design and deliver AI-powered automation using Azure Foundry and Python to streamline repetitive processes in Payroll and Products. You’ll help set engineering standards, reusable patterns, and guardrails for responsible AI across the Smart Automation team. You will collaborate with Payroll, Product, and SMEs to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. - Design, build, and deploy AI-driven automation using Azure ecosystem components (Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, Search)
- Develop production-grade Python services integrated with AI models and enterprise systems
- Create reusable AI components and engineering patterns for multiple teams
- Define best practices for prompt engineering, governance, evaluation, security, and responsible AI
- Contribute to AI architecture decisions and engineering standards across the team
- Deliver end-to-end AI solutions addressing high-volume, repetitive processes in Payroll and Products
- Build secure integrations between AI services and enterprise apps via APIs and microservices




- Develop data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, embeddings, vector indexing, retrieval, and evaluation
- Collaborate with Payroll, Product, and SMEs to identify opportunities and drive outcomes
- Maintain observability, monitoring, and secure software development throughout the lifecycle
- Promote model evaluation, telemetry, and responsible AI practices
- Stay updated on Azure AI capabilities and safe adoption opportunitiesResponsabilidades
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of Python development in production environments
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure ecosystem
- Minimum 3 years delivering AI or ML solutions in production or enterprise contexts
