High-Ticket Closer (Remote, Commission Only)

High-ticket offers range from $5,000 to $17,500 per client!

About the Role

I'm the founder of Pacow Media. We help education businesses (course creators, tutoring, test prep, academies) scale with Meta ads, funnels and our Growth OS™ system. We've generated $5M+ in client revenue so far.

I'm looking for an experienced high-ticket closer to take our inbound sales calls and close education business owners into our programs.

You'll get pre-booked, pre-qualified calls from our content, ads and appointment setter. No cold outreach, no prospecting. Your job is to show up, diagnose, and close.

What You'll Do

Sales Calls

- Run 10–20 pre-booked sales calls per week
- Qualify prospects against our client criteria (revenue, ad budget, offer price point)
- Present the right offer and close on the call (PIF and payment plans)

Follow-Up & Objections
- Handle objections using our proven frameworks
- Follow up with open prospects until they're a yes or a no
- Work with our setter on call quality and show-up rate

Data & Collaboration




- Log every call and outcome in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Track close rate, cash collected and pipeline
- Join team meetings and call reviews for feedback

What I'm Looking For

- Proven track record closing high-ticket offers ($3k+)
- Experience selling to business owners (agency, B2B or services)
- Available to take calls in US time zones
- Confident on calls and comfortable asking for the close
- Coachable, with no ego. You take feedback and adjust.
- Experience selling marketing, ads or coaching programs is a plus
