Do you have a good command of English and experience in HR administrative management? This is your opportunity! We are looking to recruit a Human Resources Specialist to join a 9-month temporary project at Unilever, based at their Leioa plant (Bizkaia).

The scheduled start date is October 1, 2026, with the possibility of a slightly later start. We are seeking an organized, proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, HR experience, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment.

What will your duties be?

- Managing, updating, and maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Handling the administration of various HR processes.
- Preparing and managing documentation related to policies, procedures, and the employee lifecycle.
- Supporting the HR team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Assisting with compliance with labor regulations, internal policies, and HR procedures.
- Supporting payroll processes by managing and reviewing employee data, absenteeism, vacation time, and other items.
- Participating in and supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Contributing to the development and improvement of HR processes and operating models.
- Coordinating and handling the administration of training activities.
- Managing FUNDAE (Spanish state training fund) processes and coordinating with training providers.
- Administering and monitoring the Cultural Fund.
- Collaborating with various teams and departments on HR-related processes and projects.
- Performing other administrative tasks specific to the HR department.
