As Oracle EPM Specialist you will develop and maintain Hyperion apps (Planning, Essbase, HFM) within SGS's Corporate IT team. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, support month-end processes, and ensure secure, well-documented EPM systems. You will collaborate with infrastructure, solution architects, and outsourcers to deliver stable financial planning and consolidation capabilities. This role blends development, analysis, and service support in a global, fast-paced environment. You’ll contribute to reliable financial close and data integrity in a multinational setting.

• Oversee month-end support and maintenance for Oracle EPM applications
• Ensure development estimates from partners are reasonable and acceptable
• Monitor 2nd/3rd level support and collaborate with EPM teams and outsourcers
• Participate in service meetings to discuss incidents and improvement plans
• Manage issues with escalation procedures and conduct service quality checks
• Maintain access and security configurations in line with internal controls
• Support monthly maintenance activities (metadata, FX rates, rules, validations)
• Assist year-end rollover activities and financial closing
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Solution Architects, Delivery managers and outsourcers for SGS initiatives
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years' experience with Hyperion or EPM products (Planning, Essbase, HFM)
• Experience in EPM lifecycle development and Oracle EPM Cloud is desirable
• Strong communication to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience in business analysis and requirement definition is desirable
• Ability to work with cross-functional and general teams
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
